1. Using our platform

You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of an adult, to use Vedasri Traders for purchases.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices shown at checkout are final at the time of order, inclusive of any applicable delivery fee. Prices for loose-weight items are calculated based on the exact tier you select.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, in which case you'll be notified and refunded for that item.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the estimated time shown at checkout, but delivery times can vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the estimated window — repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

5. Coupons and offers

Coupons are subject to the minimum purchase, expiry, and usage-limit conditions shown at the time of redemption, and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vedasri Traders after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
